For commissioners: Credit and tag me when reposting on social media, clearly stating that I am the original artist

for my commissions you will not receive any updates or wips, they are skeb style commissions, unless it states otherwise when ordering or you spoke to me about updates.

Commissions are usually completed within 1-3 weeks, if any life emergencies you will be updated on commissions being slower!

my commissions are anthro/feral mostly, i can’t draw humans very well

Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to use your commission to promote myself as an artist WHILE disclosing that the work was a commission (this includes posting the art on my page with a "commission" disclaimer; using it as a commission sample)

i have the right to decline a commission if i do not feel comfortable working with you or if i am unable to draw your request!

References must be provided!! So please provide a flat coloring reference of the character you’d like me to draw! Pose references help too!

No refunds on artwork already started, you can find that out on my trello

No stealing my works or publishing as your own

Do not copy or trace my work or edit my artwork without permission

No use of my art for Ai purposes

Do not use my art for commercial purposes

Do not edit or rework my art in any ways unless discusses otherwise

Do not crop or remove my watermark/ signature from the image when sharing

Unless you are commissioner do not repost

general rules:

do not delete the toyhouse profile, unless the design never had a profile to begin with

you may not apply yours, or anyone else's tos over mine.

do not split any designs. if something comes on the original refsheet, it must stay with that design and toyhouse.

all updates made to this tos apply to designs owned before they were added.

backing out in the middle of a hold/payment plan if you do so, you will be blacklisted/warned

fursuits/vtuber models are ok! if anything i’d love it!!

commercial use comes with all my designs unless it’s a collab or a closed species that doesn’t allow commercial use!

color picking my adopts is ok but don't heavily ref the design

trading and selling:

in order to sell a design for more than it was bought, you must add art. the art must be more than an uncolored sketch^^

raffle designs cannot be resold unless you add art!

ab passing my adopts doesn't add any value to the oc

redesigning:

only small changes are ok! no huge redesigns

keep the old design with the toyhouse.

do not edit my art in any way without permission!

can someone void a species design by you? yes, no need for permission just screenshot this as proof

if the design is poc you are not allowed to change the skin color, the same goes if the adopt resembles a sexuality! you are not allowed to change that
